A jouney of a thousdand steps begins with...

 Hey Gang!

Dart is on the open road on his motorcycle. Dart was sent on a mission to find the family of Dancing Brook and Two Feather. 

Loraine knows there is an older sister, but she had been separated from them when she found the twins. Loraine asked her husband to help. Edward Standing Bear has known Dart for many years.

They met at a Gathering in Canada. Dart had just left the military and had started working as a private detective. 

He was told by a social worker that she had gone to live with a Native American couple, but not much more.

He is going to meet the agent who helped with the placement. Dart thinks to himself that this is a scenic area!

Fall is his favorite time of the year! He hears his satellite phone ring. He stops the bike to take the call.

He is often in places where there isn't cell reception. The satellite phone keeps him connected.

Edward Standing Bear: Hey, how are you? 

Dart: I'm doing well. It is pretty out here.  

Edward Standing Bear: Have you found out anything about the girl?

Dart: Yes, she was placed with a couple.  I heard it was a Native American couple. 

I'm going to meet the agent who helped with the placement.

Edward Standing Bear: Tell them they are welcome to come here with the girl so she can see her siblings.

Dart: How will Loraine handle it? She seems attached to those little ones.

Edward Standing Bear: We talked about it. She will want whatever is best for the twins.

Dart thinks maybe and maybe not, but doesn't say this. Dart: I'll try to get there before nightfall and let you know what I find out.

Edward Standing Bear: OK.

Dart is back on the road!

On The Craft Table! Working On The Market!

 Hey Gang!

These are not my crafts, but they are on my craft table!

One of my Facebook friends, Connie Deshon Runnels, is making food for dolls.  She sells on Etsy and on Facebook. Just message her. I had to purchase some. I plan on working on my market and knew I would need some items. I made a few orders from her.

This is my first order! She sold me these groceries in a box.

I love this wooden box. I know I can use it for many things.

The individual items.

There is a pork and a beef roast set, two government checks, a receipt, charcoal, foil, cheese, and collard greens.

I have drumsticks, breast, and thighs

And I have a tuna steak, salmon, and perch.

Steaks of various types.

And grass-fed beef, and oxtails!

Esther: Girl, give me them oxtails! You know you know nothing about oxtails but how to eat 'em.

Ms. Leo: I know about oxtails! I ordered them! You shouldn't be on here. I haven't introduced you or anything.  There are other dolls ahead of you.

Esther: Don't make me hit you with my masher! I can introduce myself. Hello, my name is Esther Pritchette, and I don't take no #@%$!

These items are really cute. There is charcoal in the bag, and foil in the box.

Then I ordered lunch meat for my meat counter.

I have ham, salami, roast beef, corned beef, oven-roasted turkey, Swiss cheese, provolone, and American cheese.

I just love the grain on the meat.

Swiss, American, and Provolone!

I even got sliced meat! Now I just have to make a meat slicer.

It came in the cute crate.

I ordered some other things, I'll show you later! So, put your order in! I know she will want to spend time with her grandbabies over the holidays!

GI Joe VS Cobra Dart!

Here is one in its original box.  He is one of the few Native American Joes. As you can see, he comes with a lot of cool stuff!  I didn't get any of that with my purchase, but I don't think I would use it anyway.  I have a box full of weapons that I don't use.

Here is the Dart legend!

While on a reconnaissance mission, a three-man unit of GI Joe members vanished without a trace. Dart is sent to the unit’s last known location to find clues to their disappearance. Using his expert tracking skills, he observes a thread caught on a bush, a partial heel imprint, and the angle of the sun at noon. With this information, he follows a trail to a Cobra scouting party that has captured the GI Joe unit. Dart calls in for backup to rescue the team.

My Dart came in a soldier's uniform with a necklace that doesn't work for him.

The necklace seems like it belongs to a kid.

He does have the tattoo....

and the gloved hands

The feet aren't the same color as his body, but they are GI Joe's feet.

So now I am unsure if he will stay in this body.

He is a tracker in his story and will work in a similar capacity here.

Chelsea Boy Dolls Dreamtopia Green Hair Merboy And AA clone Boys

 

Hey Gang!

A while back, I purchased this guy for $3.00!

I purchased these two, hoping to do a body swap.

It didn't work. The body was a lot lighter than the merman boy's head.

I recently found this doll at Five Below.  I noticed it was darker than the original release.

I did the head-sway with that one, and it was a much better match!

I'm happy with this body!

These guys came to check out his new body! WOW! You can wave!

They are hoping to be next!

I found these clone versions of AA Chelsea boy dolls. One is articulated, and the other is not.

One way you can tell they are clones is that the Mattel AA Chelsea boy dolls don't have the over-to-the-side hairstyle (also known as a quiff). This boy came with an articulated body but no clothes. He has the cutest freckles.

This guy has a larger head and is darker in complexion than many of the AA Chelsea boy dolls.

The closest but a little more red.

This is my Dante. He is the first Chelsea AA boy.  All others were part of the S.I.S. doll line.

Here are two more Chelsea-sized boy dolls. Dreamtopia Sprite AA boy and Color Reveal AA boy. I put them both on a Dollar Tree Zoe doll body.
