Clone Poppy Parker!

 Hey Gang!

I got this clone of Poppy Parker on AliExpress for $8.00!  There are a number of face sculptures on the site if you search. They may be a little more, but not nearly the price of an sactual Integrity Toys doll.

The face!

Now I will warn you that there are some problems with dolls from China. Returning a doll can take a while. Like with most dolls, sometimes there are imperfections. Most of the discount companies from China often use carrier services other than the normal ones. These carrier services normally aren't too good. You want to sign up for notifications! This way, you will be able to keep an eye on your package.

Warning! Nude Doll!

She is described as the "European Supermodel Doll. There is no box. The doll is shipped in this bag, wrapped in bubble wrap. She made it here in good condition, probably because there is one big shipment from China to a distribution center here in the States. The doll was then given to a carrier to ship to me.

She has the Poppy Parker body style. The body is pretty sturdy, but not as sturdy as an IT doll.

The face is really nice, but she doesn't have the rooted eyelashes that an IT doll would have.

She has the articulation you would expect from IT dolls. The hand also has the same shape.

Here she is in a Defa Lucy outfit. The slim jeans that come to the ankle or other dolls, only fall at the mid calf. on her.

Her hands have nails that look like that have nuetral polish on them.

She has Defa Lucy feet.

Here she is with LaBrom James.

More Kids on the block! Clone Dolls!

 Hey Gang!

While searching the net for clothes for my Stacie-size dolls, I came across these! They are by Dukimou from AliExpress and are Stacie clones! Well, you know I like clones. I had an AA Stacie clone before Mattel came out with an AA Stacie!

Promo Photos

The description said that they were 7 inches, but as I read further and saw the picture of the doll nude (I love that they showed the doll nude so you can see what the body looks like! I wish more companies would do it!.  It showed her as 23 cm, which converts to 9 inches.

Warning: Nude Doll!

So I figured she was worth the gamble to order. I chose the brunette Stace because

I didn't have one ant the team Stacie brunette by Mattel had a bent arm.

I also got this blonde one.

They also had a boy doll! The doll is a white Jackson doll clone! Woo Hoo! I thought this was a find. I got two.

The fact that they came with a hat was a nice touch!

I might paint the hair on the second boy red or brown.

Jackson!

Clone!

My Photos!

They come in a bag wrapped in heavy duty bubble wrap!

He is very cute in his outfit and hat! The quality is what you might expect from Sparkle Girlz.

His has the five part articulation which is the same as Stacie dolls. The arm are more rubbery than Stacie dolls but the same style.

The hat for the girl is held on with velcro which I will have to remove!

It pulls on the hair when removing the hat. This doll has a pretty shade of auburn hair.

It isn't rooted thickly.

The face screening is pretty good!

She is Stacie height, which means the clothes can be swapped.

Feet are the same size too!

I think the body could be used for other heads too!

My New Guys From Aliexpress!

Hey Gang!

I got these guys from Aliexpress on sale for $5.00! They are clone dolls. I often use clone dolls in the background of dioramas. Occasionally, a background doll makes it to become a main charater. When I purchase clones like this, I am looking at the face and the outfits. I don't want to purchase two dolls with the same face and I want outfit I can see myself using on other dolls too.

Photos from Aliexpress

First up is a doll I'm calling Ned.

I like his yellow pants, print shirt and denim jacket.

Next is a doll I'm calling Alvin.

I can always use a blue shirt and I like the lenth of the shorts.

Finally, Is a doll I'm calling Beck.

His basic pieces works well with anything.

My photos!

Out of the bag. Yes, the came in a bag. They were what the picture said they were.

Face is printed/screened like most clone cheaper dolls. It is sad that Mattel is doing this.

The face is nice.

The shoes are Ken doll knockoffs.

With one difference

the slit in the back

Warning Nude Dolls

These two have the same body.

This one is different but they all can fit Ken doll cloths and shoes.

Writing on the back of two of them.

Printed on the back.

Sadly, no AA guys.

AliExpress Doll Heads!

 Hey Gang!

One of my new favorite places to buy things from is AliExpress! You can find thing that I used to be available plentifully on eBay at good prices. You can also find unusual and interesting things. Yeah, some of the shipping time is long but not bad for things that are hard to find.

One of those thing are doll and action figure heads. I got these three! One Disney and two world peacekeepers.

Disney store classic male heads fit on all the classic bodies. So for them is is just find a body at the thrift store

World peacekeeper action figures are still available but some headsculpt are harder to find than others.

World Peacekeeper heads pop on to the body pretty easily. The complexion on most of the non AA figures are about the same. So, if I find and extract body fine, but body sharing is a good options.
