Connie and Jack! Chinese New Year!

 Hey Gang!

Connie and Jack are a power couple!

Jack Chan is an entrepreneur specializing in entertainment! He owns theater movie theater for play and stadiums for sports events.  He is part of Trio Entertainment.  I will go into Trio Entertainment later.

Connie runs a political campaign management company called Forward. 

The role of Jack Chan will be played by my Jackie Chan action figure by Playmate!  He was based on a cartoon that Warner Bros. did called Jackie Chan Adventures back in 2001. There were three action figures made. This one, one in black outfit and one in a white and red outfit.  I purchase him when the Toys R Us at the Cedarbrook Mall went out of business.  He has been sitter around here doing nothing.  He has known for a while that he would be Connie's husband and was all smiles about it!

The only sad part about this figure is that is that his boots are made onto the feet.

Warning--

Nude smiling action figure! So this is what he looks like out of his clothes.  The boots don't come off. And if you ever had a man put his booted feet in your bed, you know what Connie must think about this!

I have also found action figures with this type of body tend to break in the middle. So I was in searching for a new body for him. For now he is on a Disney male doll body. Which was an easy find for now.

I will have to do a family photo shoot with Connie, Jack and their children altogether. You have meet two but...

Rehearsals! Happy Chinese New Year!

 Hey Gang!

Blaine is running the rehearsal for the Chinese New Year Dragon Dance and it not going well!

Blaine: line up!

What... are you guys doing? I thought you said you watched the videos and practiced!

Blaise: Hey! He watches the practice. This doesn't look good!

Blaine: You are suppose to move together!  Look fierce!  Your a dragon not a dancing horse!

Blaine: It looks like ya boy will be good on the drums! Blaise: Yeah, I have done it with him before. No worries with him!

Connie comes by to check on practice. Connie: Hey, how's it going! 

Connie: So you guys are going to close the festival! The last performance.

These guys haven't done this at all and will need tons of help!  You sure you want this?

Connie: We need this as the big close! What is Chinese New Years without the Dragon Dance?

Blaise: If you didn't need us on the drums, we should do it!

Connie: You'll get them together! I have faith in you cuz! And I need you guys on the drums!

The Decorations!

 Hey Gang!

This way ladies!

We are going to sit right over here!

Shiori: Hanna said that we would be doing crafts!

Jade: She also said we would go to lunch after!

Mari: You have coupons for us for helping!

Kay Sin Ae: I do!  We will be working on them for several days and I have several days worth!

Connie: Hi, you must be Kay Sin Ae. I'm Connie great to meet you. Is this your daughter?

Kay Sin Ae: No she is my little sister Hanna!

She is living with me while our mother is working abroad. Her fiends and I will be working on the decorations.

Connie: I want to thank you for working on these. Everything is coming together for the festival. 

Kay Sin Ae: Ladies, we will be working on lanterns today. We will paint them.

Here they are! As you can see they are multi color and that won't work.

Kay Sin Ae: We will start these today. We will be working on the rest of the stuff over the next few days.

Kay Sin Ae: So we are going to paint these red!  Many of the decorations we will be making will be red, gold or red and gold.

Connie stands back and observes.

Mari:It's already got hoops for hanging!

Kay Sin Ae: I think we get these done today and maybe move on to some other things!

Connie: OK, this looks like it is going well!  Let's see how things are going at the restaurant!
