Rehearsals! Happy Chinese New Year!

Blaine is running the rehearsal for the Chinese New Year Dragon Dance and it not going well!

Blaine: line up!

What... are you guys doing? I thought you said you watched the videos and practiced!

Blaise: Hey! He watches the practice. This doesn't look good!

Blaine: You are suppose to move together!  Look fierce!  Your a dragon not a dancing horse!  

Blaise: HA HA!

Blaine: It looks like ya boy will be good on the drums! Blaise: Yeah, I have done it with him before. No worries with him!

Connie comes by to check on practice. Connie: Hey, how's it going! 

Connie: So you guys are going to close the festival! The last performance.

These guys haven't done this at all and will need tons of help!  You sure you want this?

Connie: We need this as the big close! What is Chinese New Years without the Dragon Dance?

Blaise: If you didn't need us on the drums, we should do it!

Connie: You'll get them together! I have faith in you cuz! And I need you guys on the drums!

Chang'e: Hi, is this the location you plan to use?

Connie: Hi, Yes!

Hey guys this is Chang'e! She is opening a store featuring Hanfu! She does Chinese Opera.

Blaise and Blaine: Hello

She is going to be part of the festival too! You need to build a stage for her.

Blaine: Blair and Blake can do that! Blaise: Ha Ha!

Fixes I Will Have To Do!

Hey Gang!

The humid weather effect the paint on one of my repaints and another doll's
hair paint will also need repair!

 Zhang and Ryan!

 These rubs/scratches on my doll who is probably less than a year old!

 I love my Ryan repaint and I was sad to find him this way!  I can repaint the eye!
This may be harder that find a other head and repainting the hair, eyebrows and beard.

So I started withn Zhang! I thought he was an easier fix! I used a q-tip to rub

black paint into the area and blend it in and I darkened the whole close cut area.

After that I sealed!

 Zhang turned out well!

Next up is Ryan!  I had to look through my head and body box.  I found another
Ryan head that I repainted like the other!

While I had the paint out! I want to make a redheaded Chelsea boy! So I took a
brunette and painted him!

 Mattel doesn't do many redheads!

 He is Ryan's baby brother Roy!

I found him that the head and body box and repainted him too! 

I don't know what I will do with him but here he is!

 He need a little more cleanup. He can be a new character!

 I got an Inferno doll in my travels for $5.00 at Forman Mills!

I didn't like the painted on pants so I move him to an old Fashionista Ken articulated body!

He will get more play time on this body and  plan to name him Carlos!

I will work out the rest of his story.  It was easy to get the head on this body

and he needs a little more work to get the head on a little lower!

The Crossroads!

Hey Gang!

The park is the middle of town!  You have to cross though it to get from one side of town to the other. The schools, the hospital, the business district, the airport and the train station are one side and residential living is on the other side.

 Coleman and Jayson are on their way to school!

Jayson:  Don’t you feel hot with those long sleeves on!

Coleman: Don’t you feel hot with all that hair?

Jayson: What EVER!

Zeke: Hey Jayson, what's up!  Did you finish the math homework?  What did you
get for number 5?
Jayson: I couldn’t figure that one out?

Zeke: If we get there early we should work on it some more!

Tami: My mom says she is loving it in Luxemburg.  She is sending something from
there in the mail.

Aya: Don’t you miss her?  I can think what would happen if my mom was gone so long!

Mateo: Hey Annyah!

Annyah: Hey Mateo!

Towanda: I think your sister has an admirer!

Mateo: My mom is bringing the snacks today! She bringing flan!

Aya,Tami, Towanda: Hey Valerie! That is a nice outfit!

Valerie: Hi everyone!  Thanks Tami! My mom and me made this shirt!

Jose: Man, these 15 hour shifts are killing me!  I so glad I am off today!

Nykyrian: It is a great day! It really feels like spring is here. I will be glad to
get back to the early shift!

 Delores: Hey Baby!  I was hoping to run into you before you went to the gym! Hi Nyk!

 Nykyrian: Hi Delores, I see you guys later.

I have to bring the snack for Mateo's school.  I need some money.  What do you
have on you?

 Jose: Here, just take all of this!  I see you at home!

Blaise, Zhang and Alix have arrived in town!

 Blaise: This is a nice place!

 Zhang:Yeah it is!

Alix: Are you sure it is OK for us to come with you?  

Zhang: Did you tell your family we are coming too?

  It’s fine! They love me!  If you’re my friends, you’re their friends too!

 Zhang: I feel like a third wheel though!

 I love you bro but mom would be cool with Alix here on her own with you!

Zhang: Lead the way!

Warden: If we are going to start a club, we will need a clubhouse!

 Mal: Yeah but I will need a shop too Grand!

  Warden: So we have your shop next to the club!

 Mal: That will work!
