May is Disney Month! The Evil Queen!

 Hey Gang!

I found a 1998 Disney Evil Queen doll on Facebook Marketplace! It is a good place to find doll-related items locally. You don't have to pay shipping. You can just pick it up from the seller. The doll was out of the box, and the box wasn't in great shape.

Here are some photos I found of the doll in the box.
Box flaps open!
Back of the box.
She has a lovely face, and her face paint is dramatic. Unlike some of the other Evil
Queen dolls, this doll has rooted hair.
It is a little past her shoulder and a widow's peak!
This particular doll was a must-have for me since I read about her in the
October 2000 issue of Barbie Bazaar!  As you can tell from the tape, this magazine is well-loved!
Here is the story that they did on the Evil Queen doll! They said that she was a great candidate for customization.
The doll looks like the animated character from the movie.
The article says that she was modeled after Joan Crawford. As you can see, it would be easy to make her look like Joan, as in the bottom right corner.
Her cheekbones aren't the result of makeup contouring. Her face has hollowed-out cheekbones.,pouty lips and highly arched eyebrows. She has green eyes with blue and purple eyeshadow.

Out of the box

Warning! Nude doll!

The Queen has the 1966 bodies but with different arms.
Raquelle Fashionista will be her body donor.  This is one of those matches that don't look good side-by-side, but it works well when it is done!
Here she is done!
She is the hostess of Mortata of the Night! A Friday night horror movie TV series! It debuted on Halloween.
Hello, it is me...Mortata! Hey everyone, and Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!

 Hey Gang!

Hey, all you ghosts and ghouls! It is time for "Mortala Of The Night!"
Here is our hostess...Mortala!
Hello, it is me...Mortala! Hey everyone, and Happy Halloween!
I'm here with my friends. My black cat Pyewacket,

Zombie Baby,
Dead Head at the piano, and
Skelly the Bat.

It is time for our movie.
Our movie tonight is one of my favorites!

Salem's Lot!
I had a poster of Barlow on my coffin room wall as a young woman.

A special thanks and rest in peace to Vanessa Morrison! She made the piano that Dead Head is on.
This is my first time using it on my blog. I have a few things by her and they are all treasures! She passed in 2017 this month. She is sooo missed!

OK, Thanks For Looking!
