I have wanted this doll since it was released! I couldn't find her in the stores when she was released. The price for her has been way too high since!

This was the first time I had seen the Laura headsculpt used as an Asian doll.
I found her, although she wasn't mint or complete, but she was the doll!

I love the haircut on this doll! It is the most innovative cut that I have seen of a Barbie. It looks like the stylist cut it with a razor.
I believed it was a longer layered pixie cut or gamine cut. Thinking that they were both the same cut with different names, but I was wrong! Now I am going with an elaborate and flamboyant gamine. One of the things I love about posting and blogging is that I learn something!

Thanks for your comment D7ana! I was happy with the re-body job. I think this one of the best faces that Mattel has made. I had a doll that I had been making due with. She will still hang around but I am glad I have this doll.
