Update!--Sightings of Fashionistas!

Hey Gang!

I'm starting to see more of the new Fashionistas around!

I saw and purchased Red Ruffle-  That is the name that was on the box!

I saw here at Family Dollar if you can believe it!
 Close up!
I have a few doll with the Lea head so I don't need another!

I also saw her there!  I didn't realize from picture she was that pale/white?

 Full box shot

I'm not sure if I want her!  Maybe later.
I found her!!! Romper Chic! will post pic later!

S no LA Girl!
Did you notice that she has the Skipper head sculpt! Click the link!
I away find it interesting what complexion and face screening can do!
I know they are coming!  I'm seeing them on eBay and other second market sites
but I refuse to pay those prices!

OK, Thanks For Looking!

They're so pretty. I bought Red Ruffles recently. :)

Thanks for the tip about Family Dollar. I would never have thought of checking there! And there's one only a few minutes away from my house.

I think the only one of those you pictured that I haven't seen is red ruffles. I purchased the Asian doll and the last two. How much were they at Family dollar? I'm curious.

I haven't picked any of these up yet, but every time I pass them in the aisle I'm more and more tempted - I wonder if they have them in dollar stores around here...

So glad you found these!

Plum Plaid (9) is so adorable. Her skin tone registered like a Faith Evans or Jurnee Smollett skin tone to me. It's pretty unique, I think you'd like her.

The only ones left for me are the Romper and Red Ruffle. I'm playing the long game on Romper... Mattel is going to use that sculpt again and I don't care for her outfit here. I may skip Ruffle altogether. She's adorable but I've gotten so many dolls this year...

I have managed to get all of these ladies, but only due to diligent checking both online and in the stores. I finally got LA Girl for the brief minute she was available on TheBarbieCollection.com. The others, I snapped up at Walmart.com for only $7.94 apiece!

I saw those three Fashionistas, too. At the South Philly Walmart ;-)

Thanks for suggesting Family Dollar as a Fashionistas source. I would NOT have thought to look for them there.

I've seen quite a few more showing up. The only one I haven't seen is the LA girl. I had the Asian one in my cart, but for some reason my Target was charging $2 more just for the Asian one. So I put her back. My 10 doll limit and their lack of articulation has kept me from buying more than one, so far.

Great finds! I love, love, love Red Ruffle...I have yet to see her in stores though. I don't think I've seen any of these in stores yet!

I have picked up a few of these. I so wish that they were articulated. I guess it is wishful thinking at this time.

This collection is awesome! However, there are many of these fab girls that I never saw in stores yet... I loved the red haired, the asian, I want them!

I like the understated eye makeup on the Lea one. I see people call her Neko, but I'm not sure if that's her official name or just because she's Asian and has a cat t-shirt.
