Barbie Fashionista 2015 # CJV75

Hey Gang!

Some of the 2015 Barbie Fashionista are hard to find!  I have found two but
others I have only seen the production picture of.  I have the one in the second
picture  first row and the one in the second row 4th picture. I would love to have
the ones in the bottom row first picture and last picture.  Well any way....

The other day I found CJV75
I am showing her here still in the box.  Those of you who know me know
I had a hard time keeping her in the box long enough to get these shots.
I normally debox the doll while in the store!

Out of the box!
 I love those eyes!
I was not a fan of the SIS Grace but I really like this doll!
 Full view

I would have put those shoes with that dress but the shoes are OK.
I like the front detail of the dress...
I am not a fan of that arm! Come on Mattel get back to articulation!  The purse
is just OK.
The back isn't a totally different fabric thank goodness but not the border print of the
front of the dress.
She has one of the best face paints recently to me.  Only this Trichelle is as
good.

The hair color looks good from the top and front but it is not the best done to me!

The color is a little chunky....

 especially in the back!

 and under the top layer.
Not as blended as this Barbie

OK, Thanks for Looking!

I hope you are able to find the other dolls you want. It will happen with perseverance! I know it will.

Thanks for photographing her in box and out.

Good luck getting the others. I believe you will get the ones you want.

(I tell myself I'll get some of the new ones after I sell the Exiting "old" ones. Gee, I wish we could get a doll show/sale here in Philly. Hmmm ...)

I have 5 of these dolls, but I have see some of the newer ones released in Brazil, but not in the US yet. I so wish Mattel would articulate them. What is weird, is that a lot of the promotional photos and videos on Barbie Collector show them articulated, but there is a disclaimer stated that these are not the production dolls. I do have this Grace, but I quickly rebodied her on the Grace Style (2015) body with the articulated ankles. These are all supposed to be coming available on Barbiecollector.com, but who knows when that will be!

She really has a great face!

I haven't seen many of these dolls in person yet, but I really like the way they look in photos. It's just too bad that they don't have articulated bodies.

Grace is lovely. Congratulations on getting her and thanks for sharing the wonderful photos. I've seen her here and the other Grace but am not interested in these.

I also want the ones on the last row that you desire. Mattel is releasing the new line in stages, from what I understand. The rest of the dolls are scheduled to be released later this year. I would suspect by October they should begin trickling into areas from then until Christmas.

If there are any non-toy stores in your area that happen to have a toy section -- like Meijer, Walmart, etc -- I would suggest looking there. I keep finding hard-to-find ones at my local Meijer. :)

I found this Grace recently. There are a few of them that I am waiting on to be released. Nice post!

Her face is just lovely! I wish we had more choice here in Belgium, there's not much to find here usually. I hope you find the other dolls you want too!

I think the only one I'm really jonesing for is the LA Barbie or at least I think that's what they call the blonde with the shaved side head.

I love that face and so what this doll. I've been looking for her locally but with no luck. This one and a couple of Everafter dolls are the only ones on my wish list.

Thanks for your comments Janainah, Emma, D7ana, Phyllis, jSarie, dbg of BDE, Sarah Sequins, Georgia Girl, Linda, Muff, KMQ and Ana Paula!

Janainah, I know it will but who really wants to work that hard! I feel like Mattel should make it easier.

Emma, Thanks!

D7ana, You will need to start a sale if you want one to happen! I sure you here a lot from people from your blog. You can ask Muff for suggestions. She has done some sales. Maybe the Black Doll Museum will go in on it with you! I would be will to sell there too!

Phyllis, I agree! What is up with Mattel?

jSarie, it is a double bummer! They are hard to find and not articulated!

dbg of BDE, from your lips to Gods ears!

Sarah Sequins, I haven't found mine in toys stores! Walmart and Target seem
to have them.

Georgia Girl, I hope to see yours when you have them.

Linda, I hope you find them. Is there a great selection in Belgium?

Muff I want her to. I get blondes after I get my AA dolls! They always make more blondes.

KMQ, I hope you get the dolls you want! I do like seeing them on your blog!

Ana Paula, thanks and welcome to my blog!

Ms. Leo, there's not a large selection over here at all, if I want more choice I have to go to France, our neighbor country, or buy on internet. And the prices are high in comparison to the prices in the U.S.

I recently saw the "Grace" one, the AA Goddess one, and the Desiree one (not shown on your picture. At Target they are only $7.99 and I have to say I was a little tempted. Then I remembered my 10 dolls/yr and the non-articulation and left them in the store. I really like the hair on Desiree. I was tempted the most by her hair. Congrats on getting her.
