Frugal Finds-Leopard Print!

Hey Gang!

I haven't posted a frugal dolly find lately but I am doing one Today!
I found these lamps a Walmart on Sunday.  They were putting out
their Christmas items.  They are Christmas ornaments!  I don't think
that they say Holidays to me but they could work in a doll diorama.
If you read this post anywhere other than
I-Luv-Dolls@blogspot.com It is a Fake!!! Run!!

So here they are.  I purchased two.
When I saw these lamps, I thought about a post that Marta of All 4 Barbie
posted  about how her Barbie liked leopard print.  She did a cute diorama
with it!
They weren't a bad price but they would have been better at a dollar.
Because of the print, sliver and the crystal these lamps have to be used just right.
If not, it would look like a gaudy mess!
Simple decor is the best for these lamps!
I think even the plan chair might be too much!
Do you see them in a home of office?
What do you think?

OK! Thanks For Looking!

So cute! I will be searching for them. What about a bedroom? I might use them for that myself.

Oh what wonderful lamps!! I can already envision that they will look great in either a high end luxurious home or some sort of interior/architectural/retail boutique setting. They look so chic! What a fab find for your dolls.

I love them!! Ironically, a club member mentioned these lamps at the meeting on Saturday because she knows how much I love animal print. I can't wait to get them. Thanks for sharing. I was trying not to make the Walmart trip, but at least now I know what they look like.

I like the layout. I don't think the chair is too much. It is a nice contrast from the black/white of the rest of the decor. Cute!

Cute lamps! I'll have to keep my eye out for ornaments that could be useful like this.

I am going to have to spend a lot more time in the Christmas decoration aisles and see what we have here. The lamps are cute and work very well in your plain setting. I think the other way you could go would be totally over the top - like a bordello bedroom. I can't quite see them in an office setting though.

I love them! Thanks for sharing. I need to go pick up a pair. You could always buy a second set and cut the crystals off for a different look. I really like that chair and I think the lamps work well with that pop of color.

Great lamps, the Christmas section I found to be a great place for doll items too. I got a nice chandelier ornament at my local store. It's so pretty for my dolls.
