Fashion Girl!

 Hey Gang!

This is my new Fashion Girl Doll!

In the box!

She is by the same folks that produced the Defa Lucy dolls.  Many of the Defa Lucy dolls were clones or knockoffs of other dolls on the market. She is an adaption of the doll that they have done in the past.  I think she has the Poppy Parker face. I will call her Poppy! You can find her on Temu!

Poppy Parker

Out of the box!

She comes with a great outfit that is printed all the way around! She has blue earrings that don't pull out easily. I will need to heat the head to remove them.

Front!
Back!
She has a cute orange crystal purse.

Purse
That opens!
and cute shoes!
Shoes are curvy doll-size shoes!
Shoes on curvy Barbie!
All in all, it is a pretty cool outfit!
Her hair is full and not all the bald spots you see with clone dolls! The quality is good also.

Warning! Nude Dolls!

Her body is the normal clone body with click knees and...
skinny legs that pivot from the hip!
So with the pivotal legs, she can do a split!
If you have purchased Defa Lucy dolls in the past, you know that they have a gray undertone that makes them hard to find articulated bodies that match! This doll doesn't have a gray undertone! Yeah!
Fashion Girl doll and old Defa Lucy body.
The head is a little lighter than the body. The head is more of a SIS Grace skin tone.
Head and neck knob!
Replaced the head on Grace's body! I will look for a body with articulated legs but here she is for now.
Poppy: I'm ready to play!  You got a man for me?
Heller Albright has one with braids! I didn't see her online but would love to have her too!

OK, Thanks for Looking!

I think the AA dolls are the hardest to find bodies for, but she is adorable and definitely worth the search. I honestly pick up any black articulated thrifted dolls, just for the possibility down the line of using them. Her outfit is realy cute, wonder if you could do that with wired ribbon with the wire pulled out! Hmmm!

Thanks for your comment Sandi Magle! She has such a great face. I always look for AA-articulated bodies in thrift stores also. They are becoming harder to find. I found some clone-type articulated bodies online on AliExpress and Temu. Not all complexion but a few.
