Another Grail! Pink Passport Ken Fashion Set

 Hey Gang!

A Ken set that I wanted way back when Toys"R"Us was one on the major toy stores in PA was the  Barbie Pink Passport Ken Fashion Set.

I love all the pieces especially the globe shirt. At the time I thought it was too expensive and thought is would go down in price. It never went on sale in my are and thinking about it the price was that high. I guess I am just cheap! I was able to find it recently for I price I could afford.

These really are great pieces and I have seen them separately over the net for a 

while now but it is nice to see them all together.

Let's look at the pieces!

The Ken that comes with the set is on what I like to call the mannequin body. No guy really stands like that. He stand like you might see a department store mannequin stand. This is one of my favorite Ken shirts.  It isn't just blue or pink but blue and orange. It is a great print.

He comes with watch and passport.

I love the tapering on the pants with the boots.  I have seen the boots in black and silver but they look better in taupe.

I have always been in love with this top/tee.  For me, it is the equivelent of the Barbie Fashion Fever Bjork top. Very popular! I see some post with a doll in this shirt once a week.

As you can see the arm is damaged from how is was attached in the box. You never know when purchasing a MIB piece if there are some damages to the body you can't see because it is in the box. A white, black or gray coat of paint would make him a great mannequin and you won't notice the mark.

Classic male outfit.  The shirt and vest are one piece that velcros in the back. It is what Steven might wear. It might go to him. 

Jacket and glasses!

Not sure how I feel about the jacket but I have a ton of denim jackets like this.I might remove the collar.
