I found this doll and a few others while looking for holiday stuff!
I don't even remember purchasing him!
plastic bag priced $2.30. He was nude but I found this outfit
to put him in!
It doesn't look like Mattel will do many more male dolls
with rooted hair. That makes him an even better find!

That is a great find! It's tough to even find Barbies at thrift stores now (at least at the places I've lived), let alone Kens!
He's a cutie - and probably going to be highly prized because he has real hair.
I like his fuller face. It enhances his look. Definitely different than what I'm used to seeing.

Erin, I thought that too but you need to find some different thrift stores. Some store have stopped carrying them but some still do! Those are the one to go to!
Carrickters Alone with the poor quality and lack of articulation, Mattel seems to be doing away with real hair on guys too! As Neytiri said in Avartar, Sad, very sad only!
Vanessa, that was the only time they have used that head-sculpt!
